PH wont budge...

my discus tank's PH is too high sitting above 7. to solve this problem i bought some black water extract and some discus geo liquid. after frequent testing the PH has seemed to drop but nothing below 7. does anyone have any idea on how to lower the PH?

I know I plug Seachem a lot, but theirs are the only buffers I trust, and that I find do what they say they are going to do.
