hey guys i am new to marine fish and am in the process of setting up my first tank and was just after some info on the care, maintanance and just some general info on marine fish keeping i have done extensive google serchs, but i find you learn more from others as they can filter out the unnecasary info

i also wanted to know what fish are best to start out with

yeah i have been looking at those, but will need to do alot of reaserch before i decide

The number one rule that I and every other marine aquarist have learnt, is don't even consider livestock for at least 1 month from when you have the tank cycling (with sand, live rock etc.). Marine aquariums certainly are a patience thing.

yeah i am not looking forward to waiting but im sure in the end it will be worth it

the tank i had organised fell through so now i am hunting for another one

Just do what I did, buy a standard tank in whatever size you want. Then drill it etc. Get another tank for your sump and so on. Do it all yourself. I found I have a better understanding of it all now since doing it that way.

yeah that is always an option i guess it would pobably work out cheaper that way as well
