I've never heard of live sand being commercially availiable myself dude, as it can take quite a few weeks to establish that all-important anoxic layer. I'd be very interested to hear if you do find some, and what the damage is going to be for it.

just get coral sand, and add your live rock in.
your bacteria cultures will start colonizing your sand if everything goes well.
not many people have live sand commercially available due to the risk of the sand containing harmful parasites and bacterias.
therefor, importing live sand is a big NO as far as customs is concerned

Often the best way is to literally add a cup full of substrate from an established tank, to your new tank. As mentioned though, the live rock etc. will quickly set up and colonise in your tank.

Yes Marc is right!

From what i know! Live sand is available from Tonga and Fiji! they are for europeans and American market! Not allowed to import into Australia (Liverock & Live sand)

Anyways! you go get a few or box of live rocks! and put coral sand on the bottom... within 3 days the sand should be colonised by most of the bacteria that are inside live rock...
