also has anyone ever tried to buy fish of glenwaters native fish farm, do u know if they have a minumum or sell to anyone?
i prob need about 20 fingerlings for some tanks but not all the same sort?

previously i have just bought some from local fish shop but kinda expensive when u want a lot.

Yes, there are times of the year when different fingerlings are abundant.
however, buying from a fish farm practically means buying bulks of 500 at the least.
Although, I think if you paid them a visit and brought your own bags and rubber bands.
They might make an exception.
Doesn't hurt to give em a call and ask.

Oh yeah, breeding season for togas are during november to march.
I find that throughout summer and autumn are the best times to buy natives.
Spring provides a few too.
