Strange insect

On my Black Moor goldy i noticed a white spot on hit upper fin, doesnt seem to be bothering him but on closer inspection it almost looks like a white ladybug, it looks like it moves slightly as well but that could have just been because of the fish swimming.

Does anyone have any ideas what did good be and should i treat it?

Just an update, on closer inspection it appears to be some sort of cyst.

If it's a mite, it can be removed with tweasers. Add some extra salt to get your GH up to about 200ppm and he should be fine ;)

Thanks for the advice, when in the water it did look like more like a mite, when i pulled the goldy out and tried to pick it off with tweezers it looked more like a cyst.

Atm its still on the fin, ill monitor it for awhile and see what happens, I dont have a treatment tank setup as of yet.
