This is a true story about Aquagreen in Darwin http://www.aquagreen.com.au
Now most of you on the east coast wud know how cold it has been last week.I had order coming from Dave and as Murphy's law wud have it order got held up not only in Darwin but also in Sydney.End result a fair amount of death.I told Dave it was not his fault. Dave has not only replaced the entire order but thrown in some freebies.Not only is Dave a very knowledgable guy but he is also a number one business man, when I said to him I sent you some money his answer was you recommending me to others is the best thing you can do.
Referal is what builds business I know it builds mine.
For those that dont know yet ---not only does Aquagreen have great products Dave knows how to treat customers.
A hell of a lot of people could learn a lot from him and not just about fish and plants
