I am curious that is there any one use nitrate reducer to reduce the frequency of water change.

They do exist, but I've only ever read very mixed reports on them. The masses certainly don't use them. Not sure if that's price related, or because they are not that effective.
I'm certainly interested in the topic also if anyone can add more insight?

Yes, this is one of very good method to reduce nitrate in a fish tank. However, in my African tank; plants would not able to survive due to water condition and fish eat all my plants :confused:.

I find that nothing beats a water change to keep all levels correct but sometimes I haven't always had the time to do it and so have used Stability (which is a Seachem product).
I basically double the dosage and test again the next day and it has had some dramatic results. Not a cheap product though especially if you have a large tank and need to use numerous capfuls! But can be worth having some one hand for emergencies

Nitrate zorb or you can do water change 40% every 3 days will take about 3 water change's
