Just guessing as it is a bit hard to see, but I'd say it's possibly Alternanthera reineckii, given the slight reddish colouring. In good to strong lighting Alternathera could go redder.

Ahhh, though this has just been bumped due to spam, that plant is actually Hygrophila polysperma - most likely the cultivar "Pisces".
