slave to a oscar

Hello all,
I am new here. Have been a long time member of Tasmanian Cichlids but it seems its has gone quiet on there.
I need some advice. My oscar seems to have bloat and have tried the green pea treatment and nothing has happened. My other approach is using epsom salt. I have added 8 Tbl spoons of salt to 325 lts of water.
He is housed in a 4x2x1 tank.

Water conditions are fine. Until recently he has been on a diet of pellets and blood worms.
