Any Breed Fire Mouths?

G'day i've had a pair of firemouths for about two weeks now and i thought that i'd get some advise on getting them to breed.
I'll do some research of my own but has anyone here have any advice for me?

2 weeks may not be long enough for them to have settled in as yet, but then again .... who knows with Cichlids!

I'd keep the water changes up, feed them some good food such as Mysis or Shrimp as well (assuming FM's aren't vego's or anything?).

What I do then, is after fattening them up almost to the point of overfeeding, leave the lights off for an entire day and no food for the day.

The next day, almost certainly I have holding fish. You never know, it might work for you too?

LOL they actually have had some shrimp...... you know those glass shrimp i just bought?
Well a few of them might have gone in their tank and STRUTH i just can't find em anywhere!!?? :p :ohmy: :unsure:
