Finally! Its Time To Ride My Board Again!

This weekend i'm finally getting back on my snowboard :biggrin: :biggrin: .
It feels so much longer than a year since i was last up the mountain :wink: !

Me and a big crew are heading to Mt Buller on saturday :biggrin: .

Anyone else here board??

Ohh yeah sloory, I've been a bunch of times and this year will prob be looking into my own set of boots, board and bindings.
Not sure what 'I'll get yet I'll have to see what the bank will allow but I'm going to falls creek very soon with some mates.

i have never tried but my sister and her fiance are big on it, 2 years ago they went to lake louise in canda and before that they lived at bulla for a few months as instructors so i think its now my time to learn! am a little scared but i cant wait enjoy saturday! (if you get any pics be sure to post them-may coax me into it more!) :biggrin:

@ BKOM: G'day mate, i can't wait!!

I've had my own gear for years now and it does soon pay for it's self if you go every year!
Especially with the price of lift tickets these days.
I been spending a week at threadbo the last 2 seasons and this season i'll be spending a week at bullar (plus a few day trips) cause i haven't been there for a while.

@ Sharky: Oh man (girl :blush: ) you've got to have a crack at it!

I'd love to go to canada. maybe next year eh :rolleyes: .

Yeah I was gunna get my own gear last year but it never worked out haha, I've never been to buller to board, been mountain biking there in the summer and want to spend a few years at whistler for the riding in summer and boarding in winter.
I've been to hotham twice, falls once and up to perisher blue a couple of times its awesome up there. I can't wait to go this year the snow has been nuts, its gunna be a sweet year.

Well i got back alive!

It was a great day up there! the snow was great, they have well over a meter there and its totally covered everythig! :biggrin:

There was alot of powder around which was awsome fun.

My big dissapointment was that they had pulled the rail park down :angry: .
That always happens to me when i go to buller!!

All in all had alot of fun though :) .

Well survived another trip!

The weather was great! sunny and not too much wind.
