is it possible?
i have a 20lt tank with 30 guppy fry (roughly hard to count)
it is planted with 2 adult guppies also.
at the moment i have a corner air driven filter. I have begun making a diy canister using a pond pump and plumbing pipe the flow rate should be about 75 LPH and it will hold about 3 cups of media. hoping this will help.
the idea is to raise the fry as much as i can in order to move them on and or feed to my redfin in my larger tank.
i understand that this is overstocking but am tring my best to maintain a sutable water quality for them. alteratively i cull the lot.
i dont have room for a larger tank though i know that would be preferable.
as soon as i see any agression or mood swings due to lack of space to swim i will start to drop off the nubers (or will this happen naturally?)
i uderstand breeding feeders can be frowned upon by some so i apologise if the idea offends. i do not intend on being cruel to my fish i am only asking the question.
at the moment all fish are doing well...... at least i am having some foresight by asking i guess?
