My Ranchu got a lump on his Belly

Hi guys!

I was checking my goldfish today and it's got a lump on his right belly!:confused:

I'm worried now... What type of disease that could be? Any guess or suggestion would be helpful!:)

And medication suggestion would be good too!:confused:

Ps. I never had good luck with ranchu! May be i should stick with fantails eheh:(

I found out he had some sort of worm growing inside, so i opened his belly and took the worm out, and he is fully recovered now, scale is shinning and eating very well! Thank you
