hello all iw was just wondering would a 700h/L filter be to strong for a 60L tank?

I'm a firm believer that you can never have too much filtration in a tank.
BUT
You CAN have too much turbulence, the trick is to disperse the return water into the tank, this can be done with a spray bar and also multiple outlets for your return line.
I have one tank that i run the return line into the under gravel filter dispersing all of the excess water flow into the substrate.
