does anyone use T5 red light?

Hi all,
I have a cichlid tank and was looking to add colour with my lighting.I use 2 T5 tubes and I was going replace one of my white tube's with blue.When shoping I noticed you can get red also.Has anyone used red?

I would be thinking the red tube is for reptiles or something? did it say what it was for on the package?

while the blue tube descripion said Suits Marine Tanks Only
