Doing weekly water cycles

if you have the time to do a water change everyday should you do it or will this be bad for the fish if there isnt any problem with it is there a certain percent of water i should change each time

Any particular reason you need to do it every day?

I used to do daily water changes (25%) in my fry growing tanks which were heavily fed and densley populated.
But I can't see why for a community tank.

But is you really really want to,5-10% daily or even weekly would be more that what you'd need.
