are CO2 tablets worth it

hello all i was wondering if purchasing CO2 tablets would help my plants grow in my tank? i currently have java fern, jave moss and water sprite in my tank and am wondering would getting CO2 tablets improve their well being

for a tank about 2 foot long it should be fine...but you need a reactor remember! Have you researched other ways of getting/Keeping Co2 in the tank?

I think there a waste of time. Any tank upto about 50 litres use a DIY yeast CO2. Anyting over 50 bite the bullet & go presureised. Guppies has a reg with solenoid for around 100$
