I am after some ideas as to what sort of food to give my new rainbows to boost thier growth rate.

I've been pretty impressed with NLS as a staple! ;-)

Not sure about Rainbow's but I use NLS Grow for my small fish / fry.

For my Flowerhorn i used NLS Growth although i made it a bit different by putting some into a container, crushing spirulina flakes into a powder and adding it into it, mixing blood worms as well as tropical flakes.... my FH was growing 1-3cm in a month!

He all of a sudden stop liking NLS so make sure u you have plenty of variety for your fish, otherwise it will get sick of the same food.
