Ad Konings Coming To Melbourne

Ad Konings (who is a world famous author and fish expert, especially on cichlids) is coming to Australia in March 2008. He will be in Melbourne on Saturday 1 March 2008 and there will be a full one day conference (with food) on that day. The conference, which costs $120 to attend, will be held at:

Ad Konings will give three presentations during the day on:

* Cichlids of Lake Tanganyika
* Crater Lakes of Nicaragua
* Cichlids of Lake Malawi

He will be supported by :


* Glenn Briggs, current National President of ANGFA, who is a noted aquarist and veteran of many years in the aquarium trade
* Neil Armstrong who is a world renowned fish photographer, native fish and aquatic plant expert

Nah, I didn't hear about it in time mate. But Neil hasn't mentioned anything about it to me, so it couldn't have been that exciting. Actually, coming to think about it, none of the guys I know who went have said anything about it...
