How To Shrink Pictures?

I like to show you all some pictures I had taken from my trip to Vietnam. These picture are around 2 MB. How do I compress these and upload???

There arent a lot but they are of some interest. One of them consist of a double headed fish of an unknown species!!!!

Fire up the pictures in paint (start/programs/accessories/paint in XP) once in paint hit ctrl+W, this opens the stretch/skew bit, in the stretch section choose 50% for both horozontal and vertical (or any other value below 100%) this will reduce the size of your images, keep going (you can reduce multiple times) untill you get down to the size you want.

Dont know, but it was still alive. Apparently, this fish won some award!!
