Questions Re Tiger Oscar? Red Tail Shark?

I have a 4ft tank with Gourami's, Silver Sharks, Red Tail Sharks, Clown Loaches, Flying Fox.

I want to get a bristlenose or Plecco in there. I also really want to get a Tiger Oscar.

I'm going to use another hex tank I have access to.

So I have of a couple of questions I'm hoping you knowledgable people may be able to help me with -

a) Can I get more than one Tiger Oscar?

b) Will the Red Tails live with the Oscar/s? I assume they are quick enough.

c) I'm also getting a Plecco or Bristlenose for my 4ft. Would the Red Tails attack one of them? If so, and they can't live with the Tiger I may just have to offload them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

i wouldn't put the red tails in with the pleco, umm what size tank is oscar going to be housed in?? and how many litres is the tank?? Because they do grow to 12" at adult size. Red tail's could live with the Oscar but in the long run i have a feeling oscar will eat them.

Yeah thought that may be the case re the REd Tails and Plecco.

These Red Tails may become a pest. Should have known. They were the missus idea. Haha.

Just came out to her parents to pick up the Hex tank and found it's being used as a plant pot outside so looks like I'm going to be spending more hard earned if I'm going to get my Oscars.

With ya Oscar's if you want a long term tank for them, buy a 4 foot, and then u can have at least 2 in there with no other fish as they will get quite big and fast!!! Or if u can afford it ideally u should get a 4x2x2

Yeah. Gonna hold off on the Oscars for a while. Picked up a nice Gibbercept and half a dozen Neons to fill the tank.

Birthday in 2 months. Can see myself getting a nice 3 footer to house the Red Tails and an Oscar.
