Hi all

Here's a few shots of my new set up and some of the fish, including neon , boeseman and threadfin rainbows, spotted blue-eyes, a dwarf cichlid, julii corys and a royal whiptail cat (I do like the sth american cats!!).

The plants include Aponogeton tofus (red variety from Goyder River), Myriophyllum dicoccum ( Howard River), Glossostigma diandrum ( Durack River WA), Othella alismoides (Howard River), Blyxia japonnica, hair grass and various crypts ssp. Hopefully the glosso will spead out and form a lawn over the next few months.

The purpose built tassie oak cupboard has separate sections for the wet, electrical and food areas.

Cheers

Thanks Dazz

I'll post a few more shots in about a month or so. By then I'll have a black backdrop in and the temporary filters and hoses out. Should look a bit fuller and more seasoned by then. BTW, the native plants are from Aquagreen by mail order.

Cheers

Hi SB

Thanks for the above, the dwarf cichlid is of the Apistogramma family, I think it is a Cockatoo Dwarf Cichlid (Apistogramma cacatuoides). He's got a great character and very inquisitive. Good luck finding one (or more).

Cheers
