Hi all, been browsing through the site for a while now and thought why not join up and start posting some (hopefully) usefull info from time to time.
I have three tanks currently setup at home, all 4'. One tank is the home of my Saratoga Jardine. He's about 25cm and has been with me ever since he was 6cm long. My second tank is home to an Australian Bass, which is approx 20cm. He/she arrived when it was only about 4cm long.
The third tank is being used as a trick tank at the moment...thats what I call a tank on display that doesnt have any fish in it...people stare at it for ages, trying to locate the fish....that arent in there! Havent fully decided on whats going in that one yet.
I enjoy catch and release lure fishing for all the species I keep in my tanks...and theres nothing better than watching my Bass (who wont bloomin eat white-bait if you paid him) crunch the goldfish as they swim past his snag.
Looking forward to sharing some pictures when I finally figure out how to take some decent pics of the tanks...something I am yet to master.
