I have a tank with 4 Clown loaches, a red finned shark, a silver shark and two trevassae.
I recently added a Bristlenose to the mix to help with the bit of algae I was getting.
I also wanted to supplement the bristlenose's eating of tank algae with a few wafers. The problem is the Bristlenose is still a bit timid and I'm finding the loaches and the trevassae are stealing the algae wafer and eating it before the bristlenose can get out and get it.
I've tried distracting the other wish by feeding them the other end of the tank and putting the wafer near where the bristlenose hides out, but I've rarely seen him get at it.
There was enough algae to keep it going on the glass itself for a few days but does anyone have ideas as to how I can make sure the bristlenose gets a feed?
