Hi guys,
I have had my common Pleco for four years now, he has shared the tank with two Oscar's and there has never been a problem.
I recently became the proud owner of a Sailfin Pleco, but the problem is my big Pleco keeps attacking the Sailfin. It's not really biting or damaging the sailfin more so just annoying it to the point that I feel it could be bad for the Sailfin. The Sailfin has gone off it's food, sits behind the filters and now I'm starting to get worried.
I took the big guy out for a couple of hours to give the little one some breathing space and I was thinking that the big one might calm down, but he hasn't. Can anyone please give me some advice on what to do. I don't want to lose either of them, they're both beautiful fish.

Thanks Brad.

I think you are right in worrying about it, i assume he would just keep badgering the smaller one till he ultimately kills it from stress, are you in the position to be able to seperate them permanently?
how big are they?

You ARE right to be worried. If the big one doesn't settle down very soon you will want to move him into a seperate tank. If you're absolutely unable to do so, I'd start making more places for the little guy to hide.
