black ghost knife bloating

my Black ghost knife has a really bloated sides for about 3cm behind his head

can someone help me ithought it might have been from over feeding so i have cut back but nothing happened is this normal?

could may well be intestinal worms.
as you said, reduce feeding.
water changes are always good.
also, keep a close eye on him, and if the "bloating" hasn't gone down yet.
Look for an all round intestinal and parasitic "cure".
