Hi there, did the fins go red suddenly of over a period of time? Tell us a bit about your set up, that is tank size, number and size of fish, types of fish, how many have the red fins, so that we can put the problem in perspective.
Cheers

Water quality, or extended exposure to poor water quality in the recent past, will cause fish to bleed internally like that. Ammonia is your number one culprit there.

You shouldn't need to fret about it too much. We had that happen to one of our silver shark. Normally all it is is that they've gotten a bit ruff playing with someone and damaged their fin. The rednesses (blood) goes away after a while. But just keep an eye that noone is continuously beating him up.
