There is another newish magazine called REEFCULTURE for marine buffs. It comes out every 6 months and is up to #2. It covers marine aquaculture, etc. It also discusses issues affecting the world's reef systems. very good publication from Queensland. Contact admin@reefculture.com.au. I know for a fact REEFLECTIONS in South Road, Moorabbin (Melbourne) stocks them (and back issues?) ...John

There's also another one called Australian Aquarium Magazine, or AAM. I haven't read AKA, and the first edition of AAM isn't out till next month so I can't comment on the difference much!

What I will say is that AAM is sponsoring my forum, and Alex (the guy running it) seems like a great bloke. Also they have some BIG names writing and editing it, so I think it's gonna be pretty damn good! :-) Even 'the fish Vet' Dr Richard Loch from Tassie is involved!!! - Gotta love the Tassie plug! Ha ha!

Here's the mag site:

WOW!

I just got my copy of AAM in the mail and have just had a quick flick through! Looking AWESOME Alex!! Better than I expected actually! Ha ha! Laughing

I read the Oscar article and it was very interesting, but that's it so far. I have to go to work shortly so I rushed it a bit!

Top stuff Alex (and the team) you've outdone yourselves! :D

Cheers,
Pete.
